Adds Architect Builder, a Claude Code/Codex workflow plugin that separates AI-assisted development into explicit planning, execution, and review phases.

It provides three skills:

• plantask: creates planning handoff files (PLAN.md, TASK.md, ACCEPTANCE.md)
• executetask: executes only the planned tasks and records implementation details
• reviewtask: reviews the implementation against the original plan, acceptance criteria, and diff
