Adds three tools from iscale-llc:

Development & Code Tools:

Everflow Sync - Claude Code slash commands for syncing offers between Everflow affiliate network accounts. Handles URLs, creatives, geo targeting, payout rules, and postback pixels.

Business & Marketing:

Domain Finder - Interactive domain brainstorming tool for Claude Code with instant .com availability checks via Namecheap API. Different from the existing Domain Name Brainstormer — this one connects to a real registrar API for live availability data.
Facebook Ad Builder - Open-source AI-powered Facebook ad platform covering competitor research, ad copy generation, image creation, and campaign management.

All three are open-source and designed for Claude Code workflows.
