Adds kicad-happy to the Development & Code Tools section.

What it does: AI-powered design review for KiCad electronics projects. Analyzes schematics, PCB layouts, and Gerbers — catches real bugs before you order boards.

Key capabilities:

Schematic analysis: 40+ subcircuit detectors, power tree construction, protocol validation
PCB layout review: DFM scoring, thermal analysis, signal integrity
EMC pre-compliance: 42 rule checks across 17 categories
SPICE simulation: auto-generated testbenches for detected subcircuits
Datasheet verification: pin-level cross-checking against manufacturer specs
Component sourcing: DigiKey, Mouser, LCSC, element14
Engineering documentation: 8 report types with auto-generated figures (beta)

Platform support: Claude Code plugin + OpenAI Codex skills. Also works as standalone Python scripts (zero dependencies, Python 3.8+).

Validation: Tested against 5,829 real-world KiCad projects with 2.04M regression assertions.
