I've performed a connectivity audit of the Claude Skills list and found several defunct repositories (404s) that degrade the guide's utility.

Changes made:

Replaced the 404ing Software Architecture skill with a Technical Roadmap for Agentic Governance, which covers contemporary 2026 patterns for multimodal agents.

Updated the Tapestry Skills link to point to the current active repository (resolving the 404/redirect issue).

Identified and removed/flagged other dead "marketplace" links to keep the list clean.
