Summary

Add agenttrace-session-audit to Development & Code Tools.
Link to the existing agenttrace skill for auditing local AI coding-agent sessions.

Why

agenttrace helps Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Aider, Cursor, and similar users inspect local sessions for cost, token usage, tool failures, latency, anomalies, health, diffs, and CI gates.

Quick contributor-side status update: the linked upstream skill remains current, and agenttrace just refreshed the source skills/agenttrace-session-audit/SKILL.md metadata to match current parser coverage.

The PR validation here is already green (validate succeeded), and the listing remains a single README entry under Development & Code Tools. Happy to adjust wording or placement if maintainers prefer a different category.
