Adds Origin to the Development & Code Tools section.

Origin is a Claude Code plugin for carrying AI work context across sessions. It provides daily commands like /brief, /capture, /recall, /handoff, and /distill, backed by a local daemon and MCP connector so decisions, lessons, project context, and wiki pages can be reused later.

Why it fits

• Real workflow: built around session start, in-flow capture, recall, handoff, and distillation.
• Local-first: user data lives locally under ~/.origin/.

Testing

• Checked the README format and added one entry in the existing external-link style.
• Verified the target link resolves to the plugin docs.
