Adds klibs-skill, a Claude Code plugin that searches klibs.io — JetBrains' directory of Kotlin Multiplatform libraries — from natural-language requests.

What it does

Translates natural-language phrasing like "is there a KMP library for SQLite?" into klibs.io queries.
Calls the public api.klibs.io backend via a small bundled Python script.
Returns a ranked recommendation with library name, latest version, license, and supported KMP platforms (androidJvm, common, js, jvm, native, wasm).
Supports --platforms filtering and switching between project-level and Maven-package-level results.

Why it's useful

Kotlin Multiplatform library discovery is currently scattered across klibs.io, Maven Central, and GitHub. This skill makes finding the right library a one-line ask inside Claude Code.
