Skill
direito-familiar-imobiliario — Claude Code skill (pt-BR) that helps non-lawyers navigate Brazilian civil law cases:
- 🏠 Real estate regularization: usucapião (extrajudicial via Prov. CNJ 149/2023), REURB-S/E, retificação de matrícula, adjudicação compulsória
- 👨👩👧 Family law: divorce (all modalities including extrajudicial with minor children post-Res. CNJ 571/2024), asset division across 5 marital regimes, child support, shared custody
- ⚱️ Inheritance: succession order, extrajudicial inventory with minors and testaments (Res. CNJ 571/2024), ITCMD with progressivity reform (LC 227/2026)
Real use case
Built while navigating a real case: regularizing an old property entwined with a couple's separation and the children's inheritance — three interconnected legal areas at once. After researching the ecosystem, no skill targeted laypeople under Brazilian civil law (existing tools target lawyers or are anglocentric). Built this to fill the gap.
Categorization
I placed it under Productivity & Organization since the skill is primarily about helping a person organize themselves before/during attorney engagement. If you prefer a new Legal or Legal & Compliance category, happy to move — feel free to do that yourself or let me know.
Coverage (~2,400 lines)
- 6 reference files (real estate, family, succession, costs/taxes, legislation, glossary)
- 150+ Brazilian legal terms in plain Portuguese
- Document checklists per case type
- Interactive Python cost calculator (ITBI, ITCMD per state, notary fees, attorney fees)
- Red flags section (signals to watch in case/lawyer/opposing party)
