▸Description

Adds grill-me-store-decisions — a variant of Matt Pocock's /grill-me skill that persists the full design-interview to decision-tree.md in the current repo.

What it does

Everything /grill-me does (interview-style design review until shared understanding is reached), plus:

Records every question + every option presented (selected AND rejected), the rationale, and dependencies between decisions.
Adds a **Cost tradeoff:** block to every decision — recurring $/month at v1 (solo), alpha (50 users), and growth (1000 users) scales; SaaS-vs-self-host alternatives; crossover points; engineer-time where material.
Maintains a master cost map updated incrementally as the interview progresses.
Surfaces guiding principles (e.g. "minimize paid 3rd parties") at the top so they color downstream recommendations.

Why

A pattern I kept hitting: two weeks after a design conversation, I'd remember what I picked but not what I rejected or why — and certainly not the cost math. This variant writes it all down as the agent and I work through it.
