Adds two community Claude skills (real use cases, MIT-licensed, plain SKILL.md + Python with no deps; tested across Claude Code / Claude.ai / API):

• vibe-translator -> Communication & Writing - adapt content across any language, culture, and platform so it reads like a native wrote it (a cultural rebuild, not a literal translation). Ships a heuristic validator.
• clear-eye -> Data & Analysis - a skeptical-thinking pack: forensic-read (surface what a document is not saying), second-order (trace knock-on effects), pre-mortem (find what kills a plan before you commit). Ships an evidence scanner.

Both placed alphabetically within their sections, following the existing list format. Thanks for maintaining this!
