Relaxed the strict Zod validation in the ParametersSchema to support empty objects ({}), which are common in MCP toolkits.

TypeScript: Added .preprocess to ParametersSchema to convert {} to undefined.
Python: Added @field_validator to Item model to achieve cross-platform parity.
