Implements all improvement areas from Issue #3441 in a single PR:

Horizontal scrollable category pills — 77 unique categories sorted by toolkit count
"All" pill is default; selecting a category scopes the Fuse instance to filtered subset
"Clear filters" button visible when any filter active
Popular section hidden when filters are active

Added aria-hidden="true" to all decorative icons (ChevronDown, ChevronRight, Copy, Check, ExternalLink) in toolkit components
Increased focus-visible ring opacity on search inputs for better contrast (20% → 40%)
Fixed null-category handling in TypeScript types

All copy buttons (CopySlugButton, Copy page dropdown, managed-auth copy) already had "Copied!" state with check icon feedback — verified no gaps

Created docs/data/cookbook-personas.json — tag-based profile for each cookbook (tags include tech stack, use-case category, difficulty)
Built PersonaRecipes component that scores related cookbooks by shared tag overlap
Modified createDocsPage to accept optional afterBody callback
Each cookbook page now shows "More recipes" cards with top 3 relevant cookbooks
