Remove toolkit grouping from auth configs list — now displays as a flat list with the toolkit column visible in each row
Fix "Newest first" sorting which was broken when grouping was enabled (items were sorted by toolkit first, then by date)
Add optimistic UI for auth config creation: a pending row appears immediately after creation with a spinner, then disappears when real data loads

_config.tsx: Removed groupBy option entirely
create-auth-config-dialog.tsx: Added PendingAuthConfig type, updated onCreated callback to pass config info
pending-auth-config-row.tsx: New component that renders a pending row with known data and skeletons
auth-configs-listing.tsx: Track pending configs, auto-remove when they appear in real data
data-table.tsx: Added pendingContent prop for rendering optimistic rows below headers

Navigate to Auth Configs page — should show flat list with Toolkit column visible
Click "Newest first" dropdown — sorting should work correctly
Create a new auth config — pending row should appear immediately at top
Wait for data to load — pending row should disappear and real row should appear
