CLAUDE.md — repo structure split ((connect)/[org]/~/connect is now its own route group, separate from (org)/[org]/~/); top-level routes (authorize/, mcp/, register/, token/, ~/); new src/workflows/, src/hooks/, src/types/, src/middleware.ts, src/server/email/; updated src/server/utils/ listing (mcp-client-restrictions.ts, resolve-consumer-context.ts, wrap-prisma.ts, etc.); commands rewrite — pnpm dev now shells node ./scripts/dev.mjs, pnpm check adds audit:tenant-scope, plus new dev:portless, dev:local-apollo, install:local, test:mcp-auth[:local], audit:tenant-scope, email:dev, fusionauth:*; called out the v3 → v3.1 Apollo migration so callers stop using /api/v3/*.src/app/(public)/(auth)/CLAUDE.md — added the CLI authorize device-pairing flow (/cli/authorize/[key]), the staging/preview/local-only "Sign in as agent test user" dev login button hitting /api/dev-login, the expanded magic-link error code table with case-insensitive lookup, the multi_account invite-link tracking, the toolkit-category-driven MCP client restriction layer, and CLI-related files in the file table.This is a docs-only change — the dashboard video-demo requirement does not apply.
