Implements three improvements to AI client setup instructions per DASH-342:

ChatGPT — Added a final step reminding users to click + → More → select Composio in every new chat.
OpenClaw — Added a Plugin tab (shown first/default) with a setup prompt that includes the consumer API key and links to the @composio/openclaw-plugin npm registry. Existing OAuth and API Key methods are relabeled as "MCP (OAuth)" / "MCP (API Key)" and ordered after Plugin.
Notion — Added an OAuth method as the default (no API key step required). The existing API Key method is preserved as a fallback tab.

Supporting change: extended AuthMethodType with "plugin" and updated instruction-page.tsx to show the token banner for plugin-type methods.

Reordered OpenClaw auth methods: Plugin is now first (default tab), followed by MCP (OAuth), then MCP (API Key).

OpenClaw tab order: Navigate to /connect/clients/openclaw and verify Plugin is the first/default tab, MCP (OAuth) is second, and MCP (API Key) is third.
OpenClaw Plugin prompt content: Confirm the plugin setup prompt text matches what OpenClaw expects, and that the API key is correctly interpolated and displayed in the code-block UI.
Notion OAuth flow accuracy: Verify that Notion's Custom MCP actually supports OAuth auto-detection. The new OAuth steps claim "Notion will detect OAuth and open a browser window" — if Notion doesn't support this, the instructions will be misleading and should be revised.
ChatGPT step wording: Confirm "click the + icon at the bottom, then click More, and select Composio" matches the current ChatGPT UI.
Navigate to each client's instruction page (/connect/clients/chatgpt, /connect/clients/openclaw, /connect/clients/notion) and verify tabs render correctly with proper token display.

Could not run lint/typecheck locally due to the private @composio/db dependency not being resolvable. Relying on CI for validation.
All changes are purely declarative (instruction text and type definitions) — no logic or API changes.

Chat GPT: Add at the end that in the chat users have to click on + and More and Choose Composio
OpenClaw needs plugin instructions (Plugin tab / MCP tab: current instructions go to the MCP)
- Set up Composio for OpenClaw. My consumer API key is: <API KEY>. Read the setup instructions from https://registry.npmjs.org/composio/openclaw-plugin and follow them exactly. Ignore any plugin name mismatch warnings. API Key show how other instructions show
Notion OAuth should work, no need for API key step
- Skip API key in this flow, avoid complication
