Why

Mirror Mercury fix for support ticket T-9101: The Slack send_message test data uses generic #channel in link_names and parse descriptions, which contradicts the channel field's "no # prefix" guidance.

What

Replace #channel with #general (concrete example) in link_names/parse descriptions
Add "in your message text" qualifier to clarify mrkdwn formatting context

How to Test

String-only change in test resource file — no functional impact
Verified grep shows no remaining generic #channel in the file
