Summary

Change Workday OAuth config to collect API hostname, tenant, authorization URL, and token URL separately.
Keep runtime base_url origin-only and add shared Workday URL helpers for origin/tenant/service path construction.
Update Workday actions and polling triggers to derive tenant-aware v1/service URLs from the helpers, including correcting a few service-path variants.

Workday is using a constant hostname in the baseURL instead this should be taken from the user. Also the api we are making is as baseURL we are restructuring them according to the actions.
