make temporal-installation a runnable isolated scenario with its own namespace, release, and test entrypoint
add a Temporal scenario test that verifies Temporal-backed workloads and reuses the shared API integration suite
reserve a dedicated Apollo port-forward port for the Temporal scenario

not run successfully in this sandbox because pnpm-backed checks were force-killed with SIGKILL
