How this system works:
/v3.1/tracking/visitor/v3.1/tracking/visitorbetter_authWhenever we fire events we want to fire them to both GA4 and Meta CAPI - the idea is to have a 1:1 match on frontend events, and then the systems can reconcile them. We can also include as much PII as possible on the BE to help with system matching.
